We saw conversion several month ago at .05, was this some sort of conversion. I can't believe that this was a fat finger trade.

The company has to dilute to generate some cash to keep going. I'm not surprised to see the volume after the ruling yesterday, it means they're still able to raise funds to get thru the trial.
