CDEx also spent $20M in cash. Three (four or five) guesses whos pockets that "ton of change" landed in - MP, Mergenthaler, Poteet, Cauthen, Shriver, and a lot of unnamed "consultants" (bet you can guess many of their names or family relationships) and LLCs. $20M split 5 (or even 8) ways is a lot of jack (and that doesn't count the innumerable shares of stock they issued to themselves).
