A few weeks ago Mr. Meikleham resigned. Good or bad, it leaves no original "nuts and bolts" positions left on the board of directors to my knowledge. Three are investment pros and one is in transportation. One board position is currently open I believe (Dr. Merle Jensen would be awesome to fill the vacancy in my opinion). All of the original guys who created the technology are now gone (at least not directors); hopefully the vision remains.
