No it is not insiders converted $2,000,000.00 for common shares at $4.00 a share!!

Most will want at least 3 times their money!!

So 3 x $4.00 is $12.00!! That would give Market cap of only $120 million!! Assets only are worth $80 million with no income!!

I actually think by end March mid April we will see $20.00 plus a share!!

So Market cap would still only be $200 million which still is small!!
