The trademark is owned by another 'development' stage company like this one. No website since 2008 when the domain lapsed and no press since the garbage trucks in 2006.

If I were to speculate I'd say the 400k in the last filing bought them EPA approval for biodiesel.

I'd be way happier with a proper press release given my druthers. Something hard to wriggle out of...

Wow..dealguy, I read that as "ECOS/MS is NOT in compliance with securities laws". Also, your questions do need answers. That would make a great email to MS, if he needs material to answer in the blog, THAT would be it.
