IMO, I do not see this going to a Markman hearing. My gut tells me Activision has already presented Worlds, Inc. with some form of Settlement and Worlds, Inc. refused. My gut also tells me Activision will have no choice but to settle with Worlds, Inc.

I think this means there will be a Markman hearing.
