Spoke with "Jessica" at the Nevada Secretary Of State's office, phone number 775-684-5708 (press option number 4 [four]) at 5:07PM ET...she advised me there is NO Nevada Multimedia Productions on file whatsoever and even if Nevada Multimedia Productions had an exemption, they would still have to file with the Nevada Secretary Of States Office...
