It's the OTC, what do you expect, OLI* ran 2500% being a known scam. You just have to play the price action, sellers have basically tried up and $1000 here and there doesn't count, I've waited days to get filled on the bid. L2 looks thin, all we need is some news as a catalyst and it's an easy 100%.
