I apologize I didn't respond last night. My problem is not motivation to help...it is lack of funds. I have worked very long and have had bad luck. So I can't put any cash into this

How is PVSP supposed to pay Panomark ?

Last year, they borrowed $240K, in 6 $40K monthly payments, of which $25K was supposed to be used for advertising, although PVSP later claimed its "direct advertising" expenses to be $5K per month.

The last tranche of that money was in December.
So, how much are they paying Panomark, and where does the money come from ?

I think he'll dilute until the cows come home and
reverse split before he ever walks away.
