My Post # 113216: "You have to ask the owner of the property, not the leasing agent. He says he doesn't know."

Also, I'll add now, the listing agent said the company is "no longer in business". Wrong!

Obviously, since the date of my post, HLNT used the address in the SEC, form D and, as of yesterday, in my opinion, they are still in business.

Why don't you ask the owner of the property, whoever it is?
