sateliteguy: Please provide documentation to back up your claim that Mr Lenfest could not exclude himself from receiving dividends if he chose to do so. He is a majority stockholder. I'm not saying he will do this only that he could do this if he so chose. Go TEVE!!!
If Mr. Lenfest's benevolent intent is to distribute a portion of his wealth to shareholders, the most practical means would be to return a portion of his shares to the corporate treasury.
Since many employees are also shareholders and, I also believe there is an employee stock ownership plan in place, all employees could benefit as well.
