No R/S, clean shell companies are sold all of the time.
It is usually far cheaper to buy a shell than it is to go
through the red tape and time required to register a
ticker from scratch. The problem is, with the SEC cracking
down on P&D's there are a lot of shells for sale.

Ok, so who wants to buy (really, really cheap) what used to be, once upon a time, 5 million shares? Now worth....$00.62 and 1/2! Don't forget the 1/2!
