The only people that could have promoted then were the people holding the 300,000 shares left over from the shell Manu purchased. Manu only purchased 71% of common shares or something like that. You will notice volume was tiny back then. Not to mention float was under 2 million shares.
Kumaran said a shareholder not aligned to management hired NBT to pitch the stock.

“I don’t know a lot about it,” he said of the practice. “But I do realize that if you are in a very crowded marketplace you need people talking about you.”

That newspaper has some weird problem with medient.
This article is from May
http://www.ajc.com/news/business/studio-plan-near-savannah-draws-cheers-jeers/nXwTF/
This article is from October
http://www.wtoc.com/story/23817043/meident-studios-gets-go-ahead-on-construction
Medient said it will be the biggest movie studio in North America. Medient said this last archeological survey was unexpected, but it should not affect construction, which is expected to be around December.
So article from may is bull crap. However if you look at the building design of property they have put in ascetic lakes were there is natural water collection.
So if anything the hold up is the law with state land and archeological survey.Patterns of prehistoric site distribution in Effingham and Screven Counties, Georgia results of an archaeological survey for the U.S.D.A. Soil Conservation Service
