Maybe Dan isn't wrong. it happens.

I have no doubt 4k will exist. How else are the TV companies going to make money if they can't get you to buy a new TV!
Once people start paying more for bandwidth they will be way more select with what they want to watch. Do you really want to pay big bucks for a bunch of unheard of Polish films that have been converted to 4k? Or Independent films no one has ever heard of?

People will stream the movies worth paying for. and those will be the ones from the BIG names that have huge well known media libraries.
