Hi - Im NOT Oblivious - I'm only
Ablivious :)

Thursdays are notoriously PR days
for PHOT. That being said, there is
no way to predict what the hell will
happen in this perculating, emerging
market. My best guess, is that the
smart money will still be gravitating
to PHOT because it is the most logical
position to hold in the 'nuthouse'.

That being said - should there be the
long-awaited news of the GIFT program
contract initializing, then all parameters,
as we know them will be off the table.
Bottom line: better, or BETTER.

Either way, my own predictive inclination is
toward the Big Boards with this. BUCKS
