Lol...please let us know how to invest 'properly'.


.....well.....FWIW..........I have said many times.....with Intel......ONLY buy or get put below $20 and faithfully sell or get called somewhere between $25 and $30.......selling puts aggressively at the low end and calls aggressively at the high end of the range and selling pretty far out of the money puts and calls elsewhere within the range........be in the stock as much as you can to collect the dividend as well......this seems to work reasonably well.

Writing options add risk and buying stocks does not? It is other way round. Buying stock is risk and writing calls and puts reduces this risk and generates income in addition to that.
You question seem to suggest that you have no clue about options.
