Perspective is dependent on where you start on the chart and where you hope to exit. If people didn't believe (thanks to Tiger and others) they would have cut their losses. Now its too late to be told that they got version 1.0 and after a clean reboot in "safe mode" they should play again.

How much trust in the form of cash should people risk here? History means nothing?

This is fact not opinion: FUSE would be in a world of hurt if they did not agree to the RS. Those who financed did not do so as a gamble. Company is VERY aware of the agony and pain being suffered by those who own @ a pps above 25 cents. The 10K is going to answer many questions and counter false claims or opinions by the naysayers. GNC will start selling FUSE products. Another interview on TV is set up to air. Institutions who could not recommend or promote DROP will start after the RS. PPS cannot be calculated at this point in time. Trails for other FUSE related products will begin to be released in the coming months.

Let me help. First , I like your optimism!

Only #2 is valid. Fuse does have star power. They just have not used them. Why? $$$

1, 3, 4, and 5 pure conjecture. Optimism at its best, I am with you, but history has not and I repeat not been on Fuses side here .

#6, you need to understand how RS's work and what does and does not get effected. The RS will take place and the OS will go to 1.5 to 2.5m shares. The AS will go to 800m. It is not affected by the RS as these are preferred shares , not common shares. This will not be reduced by the RS .

So, the upside for Fuse is that it will have 798 odd million preferred shares in its arsenal to attract investors . 1.1 billion dollars post split at the current levels .

Enough to fund their needs, if, they can find the investors. This gives them time and financial room to maneuver . Current shareholders get screwed , maybe break even at some point, but gone is the dream of finding a penny gem in the ruff.
