Only #2 is valid. Fuse does have star power. They just have not used them. Why? $$$
1, 3, 4, and 5 pure conjecture. Optimism at its best, I am with you, but history has not and I repeat not been on Fuses side here .
#6, you need to understand how RS's work and what does and does not get effected. The RS will take place and the OS will go to 1.5 to 2.5m shares. The AS will go to 800m. It is not affected by the RS as these are preferred shares , not common shares. This will not be reduced by the RS .
So, the upside for Fuse is that it will have 798 odd million preferred shares in its arsenal to attract investors . 1.1 billion dollars post split at the current levels .
Enough to fund their needs, if, they can find the investors. This gives them time and financial room to maneuver . Current shareholders get screwed , maybe break even at some point, but gone is the dream of finding a penny gem in the ruff.
