$500K with 270 days (3 quarters) to pay once LOI is executed. Amodeo also gets 2 mil shares and royalty payments. I think CEYY can come up with the immediate and then future payments especially considering that the clinics should be starting to report insurance revenue. 2 mil more shares? Yeah, a bit more dilution but in this case I think it is well worth it as this is one component of opening up additional revenue sources for BioCorRx as Trinity makes more than just the implant.

So, I have a question that could significantly, and adversely, affect our stock price in the short term...

How are they going to pay for the acquisition? My assumption at the moment is to issue more shares i.e. dilutes value :(
