GEAR looks legit to me. And I believe that Peter wants to leave LVGI on a positive note. We should find out around the 15th when Francella is suposed to take over. I highly doubt a RS still because that would put the nails on the coffin. From my DD on the new CEO he has the experience to help GEAR IPO and to start LVGI move in the right direction. Liz Gasperi said GEAR is launching this month, lets hope it happens!
