It's the same thing, the company releases some information the volume goes up but the PPS goes nowhere.

Stock is being accumulated. No dilution since back in Oct. Lots more news on the way. Hopefully they get their problems solved with releasing PR's as they are continually missing the mark with that. All just my humble opinion.
