FRZT increased the total number of authorized shares of capital stock from 110,000,000 shares to 510,000,000 shares. That is a huge increase. The only times an A/S increase is good for shareholders is when the company does a F/S or an acquisition. I don't see either happening here.

let's hope they throw a forward split in for the shareholders.
