With all that has happened over the past few years, esp the KATX R/S and your newly found info, Ken owes shareholders a lot of facts and results.

Part of the problem is that you had to do some digging for the claim info as opposed to finding it in an 8-K filing from a company that files w/ the SEC. This all occurring over 2 weeks since a change in ownership happened in one of BVIG's main claims.
