You were highly doubtful of them even getting away from the "Revoked" status.
The old licenses are still revoked, that's why you see a new number, which is pending.
It's been suggested they will be "approve" in a short time because they were already licensed. Not true. Marani had to get back in line just like everyone else.
It's all public info. We will all know when and if they get approved.
