The real problem is that they are raising cash to keep the business running, as we've seen with other penny companies that is unsustainable, toxic, and clearly kills pps as you pointed out.
It would be another thing if they were raising cash to acquire another company, develop new technologies, exapand the business, etc. but just to keep it breathing is no bueno.
