Knowing they are going to begin shipping anytime now and we have US distribution news coming anytime it is a no brainer to be adding or loading MRIB here above the 50 day MA again. If you look at level II we can easily close even or green ahead. Weak handed seller gone time to move up ahead.
Wrong. There is a label approval to import........
into the US. Brazil and Dom Repub require label approvals as well. As do all countries that allow imported spirits.
On front or back label: •Importer’s name, address and corporate ID number •Producer or Manufacturer’s name and address •MAPA Registration number of importer •Country of origin •Alcohol content (expressed in percentage of alcohol by volume) •List of ingredients •Lot identification code •Period of validity (if applicable) •Gluten declaration: "Contém Glúten" (Contains Gluten) or "Não contém Glúten" (Does not contain Gluten) •Warning statement: "Evite o consumo excessivo de álcool" (Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol) must be declared in bold letters on labels for beverages with an alcohol content above 13% alcohol by volume
Labeling requirements are issued by DIGENOR (Dirección General de Normas y Sistemas de Calidad). Labels must be in Spanish - in cases in which the label is not in Spanish, a complementary label may be used that contains the information translated into Spanish. •Food name •List of ingredients – list should be given in decreasing percentages of ingredient (if water is added, it must also be indicated in the list of ingredients) •Food additives, if any •Net weight by volume •Name and address of the producer, wholesaler, importer, exporter, or retailer •Country of origin •Lot Identification •Minimum Duration Date and Preserving Instructions (if applicable)
