I don't really have time to look into this or debate it right now but I think you are incorrect. This likely has to do with the loan from last year. I don't believe Tyepenax was ever issued all the shares they had coming for the $600k loan.
However the nearly 4.5 million shares they are getting at today's prices is around $2.25 million dollars. There is something more to this! I am not saying in any way that this is bad. GS
