Not necessarily, as long as it stays in this channel for a while it gives investors time to load up. We are still basically @ the bottom, huge bid @ 0003 and MM's manipulate the 0004's. When this pops it should have a 300% run or so,I can see this easily running up to 0018 before getting bogged down @ 0020
