personally I don't think it that complicated to coordinate that. So there is nothing profound about your claim that the CEO can't talk about the freaking deal. So he has to make an extra phone call...Lets stop acting like that is such a big deal to do...

So your telling me he can't even mention the two words circuit city, that's all i wanted was for him at least acknolwedge the pilot program when he was asked about partnering up with retailers. I think he is aloud to do that. He may not be able to talk about how it is going, but I'm pretty sure he is allowed say that it exists, which he didn't in the interview.
