ATYG - Many stocks in the trips are trading much higher than this while having much larger share structures. Franchisees rebelling doesn't imply there are problems with the new model. People get set in their ways, especially franchisees accustomed to the ways of old. Mr. Albion also stated the differences have recently been resolved as franchisees are paying required fees.

ATYG - Very likely A/S will be decreased in the near future. Plans in place to clean up O/S in a way beneficial to shareholders. All will be well here. We have the right man for the Job.

ATYG - Simply Google "Franchisee Rebellion", you'll see how common it is. Means nothing at this point and has since been resolved. The most important thing is restructuring corporate, that's the focus as it should be. The model holds potential, with the right changes this could really turn into something. Things should get interesting come Mid January.
