OT:Generics: I don't understand why they don't add more staff to the generics division at the FDA, but their hands may be tied.

You bet their hands are tied--by the lobbyists for MRK, PFE, etc.

Sheer favourism towards big Pharma, imo:

A 'natural & given' situation, Israel probably acting in
a similar manner in its favourism towards TEVA.

I have made this claim long ago on the TEVA board and
