I think Shaka may be right about the company diluting shares today. Who else would dump that many shares at .0045. I just don't understand why they are diluting in front of this hearing.
A strange dilution low bids that you cannot see going though very fast. that last .0045 was only on for a second. How do bids fill so fast below the the highest bid? I have seen bids at say .0049 sit there and another bid a lower bid swoop on by, and be at .0045, strange.
