Timing is great, especially with the new year resolutions that (mostly) women have.

Take it from the Dutchie that wonen are insecure about their weight and that peak is now.
Key is that they want to be Bikini Ready/slim before the spring arrives.

That means a bit overweight + spring in 2 months= train now
