Tom O'Mara was a great addition, but he wasn't the total answer. Tom appears to be more of a consultant who specializes in helping companies navigate changes brought about by growth. A higher elevation view guy. I'm talking about bringing in a scrappy, energetic, deal maker. SGLB has the brainpower & it's scientists are respected. Now they need to bring in the "pusher." The guy who gets stuff done. I don't think this person exists & it's critical if SGLB wants to become more than a consulting firm with an unrealized dream of commercializing a product.
