Don't know why the company is diluting if they are going to receive monies in this lawsuit. Doesn't make much sense...hmmmm. Anyone have any thoughts?

What nonsense.The company has no need to dilute at this point.This is the MM or some large player trying to suck the life out of any weak hands.

They all know what coming.You me could not have got them lower shares if you tried.They all appear to have been time sales/buys for weeks.
