MP is fleeing like a scalded cat from this debacle and Wade is slithering out the backdoor. The new front man claims "executive positions" at Kodak but does not specify ANY of the job titles while there. Sounds like another Rodney Boone to me, making little experience sound like so much more by what it fails to detail.

How impressive to see CDEx book a whole $16,000 in the reported quarter. I guess all those additional purchases by the other departments at DCH and the other demo places didn't pan out. How shocking! What a surprise!

rottenapple:

Sorry, I don't see the history you are providing as anything close to the Harris team, and the Bakers and Boone team.

Did you ever read the bio's of Harris, Bakers, and Boone. If you did, you cannot honestly say they are anywhere in the same profile of any CDEX BOD member.

Do you recall the very small staff at Loch.

Have you walked into the lab in Tucson and seen the staff there? Have you read their bio's.

There is no comparison in the two companies at any level.

Did the SEC ever get accounting figures from Loch Harris? No

Did Loch Harris fail to file proper documents with the SEC? Yes

Did the SEC file against Loch? Yes

Has CDEX hyped their stock with Press releases that are unfounded, which has caused the stock price to soar? No.

Sorry rottenapple, I just don't see that the two company's are acting anywhere alike.

What did I tell ya would happen?

"And when the new group is in with all their great connections & bio's: The new word will be MP did a great job getting us where we are. He admitted he wasn't experienced so now he'll be praised that he's turned it over to people who can "gett'er done"."

And here it is. So predictable!!

"Just look a the team that Malcolm has assembled: Griffin, Strickland, Liaw, Poteet, etc, together with Baxa and our new PR firm (Willis). Malcolm may be out now...but he did the ground work in putting together & keeping our company a float (along with PP investors).
