Those were the "lost" billion. TEMN can't......

simply cancel shares unless they hold the CERTS. Klein obviously came to realize Alonzo wouldn't just walk away. He and his non-disclosing IRP's tried and tried again, but failed. The gig was up.

I'm sure some pressure was applied to get them returned. And I know people were asking where the court order was demanding they be returned.

No need now.......
