Selett, performance in the past is an indicator of what is going on within the company, forward looking statements are just that forward looking...they are predictions. The thing is they can have above expectation ER however their forward looking statements and guidance can be under par, or it can be flipped the other way. In essence it's all a speculation right now.

HIPP is a great company, their services are excellent, and they are doing a great job with their current clientele which is clearly reflected in their retention rate. We all want to see them with a strong ER and strong positive future outlook and guidance.

Bullish guidance isn't going to do it any longer, IMO.

Growth projections have been ratcheted downward. A surprise large financing for which we have yet to see why ...... beyond being out of compliance with their LOC agreement. Comments about not recognizing the company in 6 months. Well its 3 months after that comment. With no news since ...... Another giant question mark.

HIPP needs to hit the mark for once. They have the biggest player of them all in GOOG saying they can do things no one else can. If they cannot capitalize on that alone ...... Then I'd have to question mgmts capability to grow this company.
