Better than Ambien, or any such drag drug for insomnia or even better than watching tv as
electricity costs these days, is a more natural exercise such as this little back to nature one.

Certainly more fun and more educationally invigorating than counting sheep (boring, eh,, what? lolol) and which really could be done at any
time is to go through the alphabet attaching 3-4 animals to each letter, I've spent some pause time on reaching "n" over recent days, and
lol couldn't think of even one!!! Finally this morning i gave in and for the first time weakened and went to ground, oops i mean to google.

Chuckle, now i understand why it wasn't so easy. Leaving words like North American, Northern, Nile and Native aside there aren't so many.
