This is nonsense, no reverse merger, just change of company direction and very possible reverse split involved. They announced in 2010 a 1 for 10 reverse split and in 2012 a 1 for 300 reverse split. Buying it up in the moment where shareholder don´t have their shares because of the symbol change is stupid! With patience you would get .0003 like in december 2.3m shares dumped @.0003, but please continue to bring new suckers in! LOL!
