Geez, holy missed the point batman. I told you it wasnt the technology I was discussing. I was pointing out that lack of transparancy then was largely why NASDAQ was created, and even with today's computerization the OTC still isn't transparent. There are still plenty of MM's who are strictly trading their own accounts in the OTC
