No.I've tired to get details but no luck or less say no one will talk.I do know for a fact we hear soon regarding ligation and other devepoments thats all I can say.
Cable has a pretty good idea exacty whats going to occur this week.We see something by friday on efile might be monday and then it may take a little longer for the rest cause the judge has to sign off and that could tske a few days to weeks.
Anyhow from a legal stand point this case is over imho and has been from day one its all about delay and not pay however its only causes more damage to ILNS its shareholders.
They going to pay alot without any doubt in my mind and imho.
