Let's agree to disagree on DMRJ. It doesn't seem logical to me they would sell just 100 shares at a time, and purposely at the end of the day in the last seconds of trading, to drop the sp. One can say what they want about them, I just don't believe they would purposely knock the sp down like that at the end of the day. I also believe their trades would be at least several thousands of shares, why would they (a company that routinely deals in millions of dollars) trade $90 worth of stock?

Again, let's agree to disagree on this. I made my argument and you made yours, and will let others to figure out which one of us is correct.

You are correct that it is irrelevant to the company's long term business prospects, other than that the sp reflects the perceived value of the company at any period of time.
