Dial welcomes visitors. Call/email him and set up an appointment. It's pretty damn easy. It's not a huge place or anything, but there is a shop and a few offices for management.

PS As much as I like google earth, it may be mistaken on this one. There was no pool in sight when I went over there. But then again, that was 6 months ago. They may have installed one since then.
