I have played the market for 14 years now, and have seen these type of miracles... that volume and MACD crossed at .004 is a hell of a rebound. I have other stocks in a similar pattern and I am up already 50%+ on all - each year there are some great rebounders -- CERP will be one of them... the compay has diluted the crap of it; the insiders are loaded with tons of shares cheap.. now is time to milk the cow.

So, IMO a return to .14+++ is not to hard to do... all the company needs is a few good PR news--- and is a done deal.

Of course if management is DUMB and Stupid - any further Dilution will Kill this company... if they do not dilute and put a few good PR news this will one $$$ 2014 for CERP
