The service provided by TDEY is the key regardless of the manufacturer. And if I recall, Clark said on a conf call that the IZON info will be out via financials very soon. So my guess, they are still negotiating.

You are pretty much spot on with your assessment.

If folks would do some basic DD it would be easy to understand the facts. Instead, people believe PR's and what is said in CC's to be truthful.

As far as IZON goes, Joseph doesn't even know who Clark Ortiz is.
TDEY settled with Gibilisco and MG Studios. Many here have not read the settlement, and instead want to believe Clark's spin.
