Sub A is a subsidiary of Company A. Sub A is incorporated in Canada and its grow house is located in Canada. Why would you ever think the Justice Department has any jurisdiction over a Canadian Company located in Canada and doing business in Canada under contract and licensed by the Canadian Federal Government? If you think that the United States government has any regulations preventing Americans or American companies from investing in, or being affiliated with, foreign companies doing legal business in their home state then I am here to tell you that is not the case. In fact, nothing you mentioned or alluded to is the case.
Quote: If you have done so much DD on this, please briefly explain how a United States company is going to grow an federally illegal drug in Canada.
Quote: Interesting, just trying to wrap my head around this. So a company based in Michigan is going to open a marijuana factory in Canada?
Quote: So I am supposed to believe that the U.S. Government is going to allow a U.S. company sell a federally illegal drug to a company in Canada?
This seems very hard to believe, and is almost laughable. Just because some states have medical marijuana, doesn't mean that the Feds will just look the other way. I don't care if Canada Health approved it or not. The U.S. government will arrest and seize property... They shut down "Legal" CO-OPs all the time, even in states like California...
Quote: You would have to be crazy to believe that a "Pink Sheet" company is going sell an illegal drug to another country... The Feds are going to have a Happy New Year when they seize all of the companies money and property.
