Probably intentional. The only tactic MDGC has had for years now is switching tiers. They let it slide, then file some stuff to get back to pink full info and act like they parted the Red Sea. The schtick is way old.
The most recent financial and disclosure information is for QE 6/30/13 so is now over 6 months old. This is considered going 'dark." MDGC also seems to have gone dark regarding company announcements and updates.
It appears that the CEO (Byron Ryals), CFO (Stephen Moynihan) and corporate Secretary (Robert Guidry) appointed a year ago haven't improved anything over Val Westergard's previous inaction.
Is Westergard abandoning the company and its shareholders for some sort of private venture?
