I think this next week we see a good push to get past the 3s -- we've been toying with it too long these last couple weeks to get past and stay past that plateau.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a news update in the next couple weeks on the debt financing, right before the court date. This is a great stock for chartists, newsies, and event-holders.
