Recently Benster (with much respect) has been saying that SouthRidge will be allowed to buy from the 3,000,000,000 shares left in the AS

I don't subscribe to this line of reasoning... I believe we are dealing with a $10,000,000 injection directly into the current OS in which case the PPS will be very HUGE given the very small float that is left

I guess time will tell, but what is your take?

No, they are common shares:

"The increase in the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from one billion (1,000,000,000) shares of Common Stock to four billion (4,000,000,000) shares of Common Stock (the “Authorized Shares Increase”)"

No matter how you look at it the AS is still 4 billion shares and that huge treasury of common stock will continue to raise the OS/float. So with future dilution to be expected, I surly hope, and am betting on, that the product generates enough revenues to halt the dilution that may occur. JMO of course
