What about solyndra they were calif based lol. Very hard to manufacturer solar cells in the states and be competitive. Too much competition with sol, tsl, yge, hsol, csiq, spwr, could u imagine seeing sltd listed with those companies...a dream I'd love to see. And I'd love to see Sunworks continue its success believe they and all solar will have a tremendous 2014.

I wish I waited and bough in the .02's its my only red in my portfolio and with 55,700 shares I'm not letting go till we see success or failure idc how long it takes..been awhile since acquisition on Sunworks and should see some news this month almost a guarantee. ..hopefully it involves an updated 2014 outlook.

OK my 3 cents worth:

my assessment is much the same my Canadian friend!

- Bloo at least validates that there is some merit to the 3D solar cell concept

- SLTD is considerably further ahead (I think)

- potetially Bloo just aims to milk the VC funds dry for as long as they can get away with that...

- Bloo seems to require/want to do its own manufacturing which will be harder than SLTD's partner concept

- not so sure on the USA vs Singapore argument ; in theory with fully automated manufacturing location should not matter so much
